Dosage
Shake well before using to evenly distribute the herbal tincture well.
Adults: 1 to 2 mL up to 3 times daily during acute immune challenges.
For general support: 2 mL once or twice daily.
During mild symptoms or prevention: Take it 2 to 3 times daily.
During acute symptoms: Take it every 1 to 2 hours for the first 24 hours, then reduce to every 3 to 4 hours.
May be taken undiluted or diluted in warm water. Warm water helps evaporate the alcohol in the tincture which makes it milder for children.
Take it for 7 to 14 days. For short-term use only.
