Instructions
Shake well before using.
Cramping: Use 6 to 8 drops on lower abdomen, lower back, and inner thighs and massage for 30 to 60 seconds for deeper penetration 2 to 4 times a day during PMS or menstruation.
Headache: Apply 1 or 2 drops on the temples (avoid eyes), back of neck, and top of the shoulders every 3 to 4 hours as needed.
For best results, apply heat to the abdomen after application.
